There billing department is horrible. They keep sending me a bill for a second subscription and now sent it to collections. I have paid the real subscription and have sent several notes back on the bill about the duplicate and they are too stupid to correct this mistake on their part. I will never renew my subscription again. Their incompetence has now sent me to collections. I am very ticked ..
