why is viet nam magazine so expensive $40 dollars for only 4 issues this magazine is published quarterly, $10 dollars and issue when the newstands have it at 8 per issue

David Hackworth, the author omitted the fact that Hackworth's bashing of Admiral Boorda (the sitting Chief of Naval Operations (CNO)) for wearing attachments to two rather insignificant service ribbons.
